Architectural Review Comittee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was created to preserve the natural setting and beauty of the subdivision.  Exterior improvements of any nature to a property within Eagle Landing Subdivision must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval, prior to beginning the project.

Improvements would include swimming pools, driveway extensions, patios, landscaping, exterior color change, outbuildings, etc.  Homeowners should always check with ARC prior to beginning a project.

Below you'll find the form needed to request approval for exterior alterations. Please submit completed forms with required documentation to Stacy Johnston, your property manager, at stacy@renmgt.com.
